Quick lunch in downtown - Edit
I dined here on September 25, 2024. I did not notice that the "noodle" option I chose was not vegan. It must have had egg in it. It was my fault because I didn't read the menu board closely enough. The only noodle options that are vegan are either the shredded squash or the rice noodles, so if you go here and you are vegan make sure to choose one of those.
Read moreThe food here is quite salty so you might want to ask for less salt as I did. Even though there was plenty of salt. I enjoyed my meal as it was quite delicious, hot and filling.

A great place for a quick noodle fix, many gluten free and vegan options available through customizations.
Read moreThis place is always pretty consistent from location to location and adapts with the times. I was happy to see the addition of organic tofu and fried tofu and zucchini noodles on the menu.
It might be me, but I think that the spice level has gone down over the years... either that or my taste buds have changed.

Solid economical lunch close to a lot of the tourist attractions is Victoria. The organ tofu is vegan but for some reason the crispy tofu is not? I got the spicy peanut noodles and could only finish about half of it, very filling. They will make it spicy if you like that.

I haven’t had noodle box for years, but it’s always been one of my favourite little places when I’m in a pinch! Got the kung pao box with tofu & jasmine rice. Noodle box clearly states what can be made vegan, and you can also choose your spice level which is great! I got it at medium heat (two flames) and that was a great amount of spice for me, as someone who thinks sriracha is hot.

The food was very flavourful but I was disappointed with the very small amount of noodles...don’t get me wrong the portion size was large with lots of bean sprouts and bok choy but I wanted noodles!

A Classic Vegan-Friendly Option - Edit
This is a great place to grab something quick and reasonably affordable to eat (perfect for taking to the park with friends, etc!) They're very well-established and both the menu and staff are super considerate towards veganism and other dietary requirements.
