Lots of vegan options! - Edit
The majority of the menu is vegan friendly! So many options and variety of noodle, and protein (tofu is the vegan option) I love that you can also pick your spice level - definitely would recommend if you’re looking for some vegan fast food that makes you feel good!

I swear I eat here once a week. Sooo many options for vegan modifications. I wholeheartedly recommend the cashew curry with tofu on rice noodles.

Delicious noodles. Signs say which dishes can be made vegan. Option for tofu or extra veg instead of meat. Big portions for $11ish. Spice level option is great, plus the tables provide spices if you need more. To go or eat in available. I love the teriyaki box and spicy peanut box. They'll substitute egg noodles for rice noodles or rice.

Super friendly staff and delicious noodles, however after having my order made non-vegan through error twice now, I am on the fence about this place.
