Great portions and good soup - Edit
This was exactly what we needed after a long dehydrating hike. Got the large soup because it’s a stinkin deal and I can’t resist a deal.
Read moreCould have used more tofu but veggie and noodle content was excellent. I agree with another reviewer that the broth was much too salty, but I asked for a pot of water and I diluted it. I’m sure you could also request a lower salt or diluted broth. Don’t get the butterfly tea or whatever. It was blue but tasted like nothing. Should have gone for the Thai tea.
Note: it was hot in there evening on 4th of July weekend.
Would go again!

Delicious veggie soup - Edit
A very tasty noodle soup. Not quite the usual Pho flavors, but a nice rich and tasty veggie broth with rice noodles (or spinach noodles).
Read moreVery short menu! No appetizers or sides, just soup and boba.
Staff did mention that they can run out of veggie broth sometimes, so don't come too late!

Veggie noodle soup was borderline inedible because of how salty it was. Boba was also too soft and the drink had a weird thick texture. The staff were really nice though.

This was our BEST meal in Mammoth! Beyond generous portions, authentic flavors, fresh, tasty. Options for vegan, gluten-free, etc. Our children could not stop raving and the youngest wanted to write his own review. “Once I got there I was so happy. It was so good I gave a 5/5. Thank you Noodle-Ly noodles for a great time.” They loved the soup, customer service, and boba. Don’t miss it. Ask for the extra plate of verges to top your soup. An extra charge but worth it. They won’t let you give 5 stars unless fully vegan.

My new favorite spot in mammoth - Edit
Amazing pho, super kind staff, very cautious about Covid. The menu is super short so it’s really great they have a vegan option! They are also very aware of vegan/ dietary restrictions and allergies. No nuts in the facility :)
