Korean traditional food - must try!

[🇰🇷JEJU, Vegan Options] Next time you are in JEJU, try their Red Bean Kalguksu, a traditional korean food.

You can choose between sweet or salty. I chose sweet and it’s not that sweet (bbt level of sweet equiv might be around 10%.). The knife cut noodles were so soft and chewy. Dish served piping hot, so comforting. Tasted pretty healthy as soup made with 100% Korean red beans.

My local private tour guide recommended this and brought us to “noodle_lab_” . I don’t really see this in Seoul and my korean gf told me that she only tried the soup before but not with the noodles.

For most of us in Singapore, red bean paste as dessert is common but with noodles!? You just gotta go try. For me, it’s an interesting good try!
