Best sushi ever - Edit
THE BROOKIE SPECIALTY ROLL IS THE BEST THING IVE EVER HAD. So random. Only roll I’ve gotten there but it’s insane to me- lots of fresh herbs on it and filling. I’ve also gotten the shishito peppers as an app. Sneaky good vegan options , limited but the options they do have are good. I’ve also had the vegan ramen there and enjoyed that.

Vegan Ramen!!! - Edit
Noodle Kitchen is my favorite comfort food in Jackson. The Vegan Ramen and Brookie Roll never disappoint. The shishito peppers and the edamame are also great as appetizers. They have a great drink menu as well. The mountain cosmo cocktail tastes like a sour patch kid, I have to get it every time. I’ve come here at least 10 times and will definitely be back again soon.
