Amazing fresh Sushi and yummy noodle and rice dishes - Edit
Whenever we visit Funchal we have to visit Noodle King… They have great sushi here, which is all freshly made in the restaurant as you order. The noodle dishes are also super yummy with big portions. The menu is really extensive with lots of veggie and vegan options as well and the food comes out really quickly too. Very friendly and efficient staff. There is a lovely terrace to sit outside too. It’s great value for money and super delicious!

The vegetable wok was a good sized portion, the avocado makis tasted really fresh. I’m giving 3 stars cause there’s no tofu or other protein option just vegetables.

Ramen nicht vegan? - Edit
Wir sind hier mit großem Appetit auf Ramen angekommen, der in anderen Bewertungen erwähnt wurde. Auf Nachfrage nach vegane Optionen haben wir jedoch folgende Auskunft erhalten: alle Gerichte mit Nudeln und auch die Brühe von Ramen enthält eine Marinade mit Austernsauce. Sushi gibt es generell nur zu bestimmten Tageszeiten, in denen wir gerade nicht da waren. Die einzigen veganen Optionen außerhalb dieser Zeit sind der Wok mit Gemüse und der egg fried rice, der auf Nachfrage ohne Ei und mit einer veganen Sauce zubereitet werden kann. Da uns diese beiden Gerichte nicht zusagten, sind wir ohne zu essen wieder gegangen.

I would give 5 stars for sushi if possible - Edit
We had take away sushi twice and both time it was really great. Super fresh and delicious. A few vegan options but that is enough. My favorite is avocado sushi. Affordable pricing, our huge order included 64 pieces maki and it was under 30€. I really recommend. I guess sushi is only available after 7 pm.

Went to this place in a pinch and there were lots of veggie options. Had the dumplings and the ramen miso which were both good. And a bubble tea !

The staff was very helpful, but sadly they use a soy sauce mixture which already contains oyster sauce and can't be left out in the noodle dishes. The only vegan options were sushi, fried rice or rice with wok vegetables. The sushi with avocado and peanuts had a nice twist. The fried rice was a bit plain...

Can really recommend the peanut and sesame rolls.
We had veg rice noodles and veg rice dishes for main and were really tasty.
Staff are very helpful and friendly, we ended up visiting 3 times in 9 days as the food was so good!

Vegan noodles! - Edit
Had decent vegan noodles and a cold beer for lunch. Unfortunately the sushi (2 types of vegan Maki rolls, cucumber and avocado) was not available until 7pm but will definitely go back for dinner another time.
