Vegan mock duck & lots of options - Edit
Loved seeing a menu with so many options. Note they label those options "vegetarian" but they also put in bold when egg is used, so between these 2 descriptors, it's easy to find what would be vegan. Tofu is one of the protein options for the stir-fry dishes and curries and look forward to ordering a curry at my next visit. I tried the mock duck basil stir fry and it was delicious. Also got fried tofu for an appetizer, could have used some salt as it was a little bland although fried well. I asked to sub coconut milk in my Thai iced tea and they accommodated my request. It didn't look as pretty but was delicious!

Good Thai Food - Vegan Friendly - Edit
We have been frequenting Nooddi Thai for more than a decade. It has always had vegetarian section on the menu. The menu has just been annotated to indicate a variety vegan options along with details as to what must be altered in order to make a specific dish vegan. The restaurant is quite pleasant to dine at and the servers are also pleasant.
