One of the best restaurants in Scotland - Edit
We really enjoyed our lunch. We were headed to Aberdeen from Edinburgh and stopped in, I’m glad we did. Fantastic flavor, and true passion for their trade. Great service too. On premises toilet and free wifi.

A cozy Vegan Gem in Stirling - Edit
We were welcomed into Nooch on a rainy day in Stirling and it really hit the spot!
Read moreWe shared small plates and they were all delicious but our particular favourites were the roast cauliflower and romesco and the salt and chilli oyster mushrooms. My partner also had the tempeh tacos which were delicious.
Would definitely visit again!

Great vegan spot - Edit
Must try if you're in Stirling.
Read moreGreat selection of vegan comfort foods.
Inside is cozy and has a nice atmosphere. Staff were super friendly.
We had the focaccia and the fried oyster mushrooms to start. The mushrooms was probably one of the best thing we go that night!
Had the bean stew, buffalo tempeh tacos, and haggis loaded chips for main. The stew was delicious, hearty, and nourishing. The loaded chips were banging and the tempeh was nice and crispy.
For dessert, we had the creme brulé ice cream and cream egg cheesecake. The cheesecake was creamy and decadent. The ice cream is one of the best I've tasted.
Nice selection of cocktails and we had the miso whisky sour which was nice and unique.
I would definitely recommend coming here.
Pros: Comfort food, Cocktails, Atmosphere

A vegan gem - Edit
This place is lovely vegan gem. Their food is fab. Their breaded oyster mushrooms are a highlight. We had a kale Caesar salad with tofu which was another great starter. Their mac and cheese is to die for. Really yummy vegan food.the menu isn’t perhaps the biggest but what they do have is impressive. The atmosphere is relaxed and casual and the staff are friendly. Highly recommended.

Popped in after a trip to Stirling Castle, and it's great to see a vegan place in Stirling! The mac and cheese was incredible, as were the haggis chips. Great food and friendly folk.

Delicious food in a cozy atmosphere - Edit
The menu is 100% vegan so it made it very hard to choose. My fiancé and I split the haggis chips, katsu tofu burger, and Nooch mac. Everything was served hot from the kitchen and pretty quickly too. Everything was really good - flavorful without being salty. The nooch mac was by far the best vegan mac and cheese I’ve ever had. The creamy cheese sauce was silky and smooth. Just go eat here - you will not be disappointed!

Mellow, delicious dining - Edit
Laid back interior and cool tunes at just the right volume. Nothing fancy but a good mix of nice drinks and tasty food. One of the better vegan Mac n' Cheeses I've had. There's a lot of variety from junk food to heartier home cooking. Opted for the former in this case with foccacia (fluffy and filling), salt & chilli oyster mushrooms (crispy, well seasoned, juicy), beer blossom tacos (zingy and moreish) and the mac n' cheese (super creamy, cheesy and warming). Had a glass of red to go with it all and it was a real treat. You won't find a better vegan meal in Stirling, so go here. Was very chill on a Saturday evening but I'd still suggest booking, you never know.

Very good, small amounts but filling - Edit
Food was good, nice vibe, mac and cheese looked smaller but was still filling. Parked in a parking garage. Cost was 4.10 pounds, so add that mentally to your budget. Ate on our way to the airport hotel from Fort William.

Gorgeous food, lovely service, relaxed pleasant music which was quiet enough for me (I HATE loud music), lovely artwork and dog friendly. Literally what could be better, ticked all my boxes. The mac n cheese and oyster mushrooms were our fave but everything was great! Wish we lived closer!

We travelled down from Aberdeen & wanted to try Nooch after seeing great reviews. Great casual atmosphere; we both had the the mac n cheeze with broccoli which was delicious, followed by the crème brûlée.

Edit* returned for our 3rd visit Aug’25 - new menu from our previous visit. I had the fried oyster mushrooms plus a side portion of oregano fries whilst my partner had the mac n cheese because he loved it so much previously. As always, the food was great.

Delicious Vegan food and great with allergies - Edit
Me and my wife LOOOOVE nooch, the foods unreal, so fresh and flavourful and never disappoints! We're both vegan and I have a severe peanut nut allergy and nooch is a safe haven for me. We took my grandpa (a dubious non vegan) out for his dinner here he went for the burger and scranned the lot. If your in stirling, vegan or non vegan, get yourself to nooch!!

Incredible C*eesecake - Edit
We went for coffees with no particular excpectations and we were blown away by their strawberry cheesecake. Very good drinks too and all coffees can be turned into iced coffees which is a plus in a hot day. The staff was very friendly, our dogs were welcome and the place was quite cozy. Great menu options and it's all vegan. Well done!

Nice daily specials in addition to the regular menu. From the specials menu, I chose a pesto ciabatta sandwich and asparagus and baby potato salad. They were out of the cheesecake special so I had chocolate fudge cake. Everything was outstanding and the price was very reasonable. I’m in Stirling a few more days and definitely will be back!
