Many dressings and sauces are vegan (do not contain fish sauce). Also offering some vegan cocktails. Items on menu that are vegan or can be made vegan are clearly labeled. Vegan choices include: pad Thai, bumbu Bali rice, Thai curry rice, vegetable noodle soup, tofu goi cuon, and fried yuki sushi. Please note, sometimes they are closed for dinner preparations between 4:00pm and 5:00pm. Open Wed-Thu 17:00-22:30, Fri-Sun 13:00-23:00. Sometimes closed between 16:00 and 17:00 to make preparations for dinner!

Amazing place with load of vegan options - Edit
I’ve been many times and can’t get enough of the red curry with eggplants! Staff is super nice and all dishes I’ve tried have been great! Great option if you’re nearby and want some Asian inspired vegan/ vegetarian dishes

Nooch offers many vegan options clearly marked on the menu. There is definitely a lot to choose from, including sushi and maki. The place is quite trendy, the staff is friendly and helpful. The prices are in coherence with the place and the city, and the food is of good quality. I tried the tofu croquettes with sesame and the udon noodles in vegan version. Everything was excellent and hearty. A good address to remember.

They have a big menu and there’s a leaf behind every dish that can be served vegan. I’d guess this is the case for 75% of the dishes! I had pad Thai and it was delicious
