Bonne pizza végane aux légumes à la carte - Edit
La pizza végane est la marinara, à laquelle on peut ajouter plus de légumes. C'est chouette de pouvoir manger une pizza, sans devoir négocier ou enlever des ingrédients, et la pâte est bonne. Mais je l'ai trouvée très aqueuse (beaucoup de sauce tomate) et du coup pas très gourmande. Il vaut mieux ajouter de l'huile piquante. Il y a davantage d'options végétariennes. L'équipe est très sympa et dynamique. Il y a beaucoup de monde, mieux vaut réserver (en été au moins), le temps pour être servi peut être un peu long

Pizza authentique, quelques pizze végétariennes à la carte. Pizza végétalienne possible en prenant la base tomate et en rajoutant les ingrédients proposés sur la carte. On s'est régalé. Les pizze embaument toutes la rue 😅🤌🏻

Their Vegetariana w/San Marzano tomato base was very good, with an excellent thin crust. You can add extra toppings (mushrooms, arugula, onions, capers). The tomato sauce was just slightly watery.

Nice place and location, it was a great stop during our visit of La Rochelle. Friendly staff too !

Authentic Neapolitan Pizza - Edit
This establishment offers two pizzas that are vegan, the Marinara and the Vegetariana (with the choice of tomatoes instead of Mozzarella). The staff understands what vegan is. I'm sure other pizzas can be made vegan as well.
