Consigliato - Edit

Cool feminist pizzeria - Edit
Small and cozy restaurant with only one vegan option on the menu, but they are open to make a custom pizza with other ingredients. The dough is super crispy we loved it.(:

Unique pizzas - Edit
After struggling to find a place with vegan options that was open or had a table available, we stumbled upon this little restaurant. Unfortunately they didn’t have place for us to sit, but we could order pizza for takeaway.
Read moreThey had about 4-5 vegan pizzas (also gluten-free). The dough was different than usual, more “flakey” and “light”, but quite tasty. However, the flavor that I chose was something else: capers, potatoes, and very sweet caramelized onion (I think) as the “tomato sauce”. While it was quite nice that I accidentally tried something completely different for once, I would not order this flavor again.
Other than that; friendly staff, who tried to speak English, and unique options.
Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: Little seating arrangements, reserve in advance!

Vegan ≠ weird - Edit
The base was great, but I'm generally against pizza places that interpret vegan as "make it weird": tomato sauce is vegan, don't be scared to use it, instead of substituting it with subpar options. Truffle on the vegan pizza was too much and ended up overpowering everything else on it.

Loved it! - Edit
I loved the pizza here! One of the best doughs of its kind that I tried. The combination of ingredients is very creative as well. There's regular dough and gluten free. The space is small, and they work very hard and are nice. The "tranci di pizza" (pieces/slices of pizza) are bigger than you usually see. Would come back here again. You can choose from 4/5 vegan pizzas.

Great pizza place - Edit
This place is amazing. They make their own special base, which is puffy and crunchy and the tomato sauce they use is perfect. I had a whole pie with sun-dried tomatoes, which made my day.

Excelent food and service - Edit
The server, which I believe was the owner, gave great recomendations and even helped me choose amongst the vegan options. I had the pizza with truffles, potatoes and roasted hazelnuts, which was unlike anything I’ve ever had before and I enjoyed every bite. Also, their Aperol Spritz was the best I had throughout my entire trip to Italy
