I had the Pho soup. It's a broth with lots of different vegetables and noodles. Very tasty. Nice glass of homemade lemonade too.

To start we had the sharing platter - a great option to try a bit of everything - it was all delicious, the summer rolls and ha long cakes were especially good. For main course, I had the sizzling tofu & mushroom - I was pleased to find a variety of mushrooms including enoki - it tasted incredible and looked amazing too. Would absolutely recommend.

We ordered two starters, two mains and the fried ice cream for dessert. The staff were helpful in giving advice on what to order based on our tastes. We read online that it was cash only however this is no longer the cash and THEY ACCEPT CARD.

The food was delicious, tried the tofu summer rolls which came with a lovely peanut sauce, the tofu coconut curry, and caramel tofu and vegetables, with some rice, all amazing, would definitely go back to try more things 😁

The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere eith friendly staff. The food is amazing, especially their fish options, crazy realistic. Huge menu too. Plus, the price was very reasonable.

Delicious summer rolls and very friendly service - Edit
We had tofu summer rolls, special pho soup, flat rice noodles, Vietnamese coffee and mango spring rolls. The main courses needed a little more seasoning but the starter and dessert were delicious 😋.

We went to a fair amount of other places in Edinburgh but came back here twice because it was so good.

Everything was incredibly delicious, the staff were lovely, and the atmosphere was cosy. Highly recommend!

It‘s a must-go location for me whenever I am in Edinburgh! The food is delicious, I especially love a dish featuring bananas in a savory sauce with tofu in a fish style that is so unique. I have never found tofu like that anywhere else, it‘s firm with some seaweed on top and has both a fish-like taste and consistency. Absolutely delicious. The fried ice cream I had for desert was also good. The staff and owner are also always very nice and make the experience perfect.

Had a lovely warming meal here on a rainy November evening and would highly recommend. We booked ahead although it was quite quiet on a weekday.

Came here for lunch - they are open 12-3 according to Google. It was very quiet at lunch time, just us and one lone diner.
Read moreWe had the sharing platter - they did this without peanuts for us. Everything was delicious. We also had the lemongrass tofu (this was nice but quite spicy) and a noodle dish. All was lovely and would definitely reccomend.
The only down side is that it was rather nippy in there!

Great food at Sen Viet Vegan, very fast, and super-friendly and helpful staff. Everything is freshly cooked, our highlight was the fried ice cream! Only cash payment, but there is an ATM nearby.

An absolutely delicious meal, really reasonable prices as you get rice or noodles included in your meal. The only reason gave 4 and not 5 is because cash/bank transfer only. But staff were lovely and good impeccable! Definitely worth a visit :)))

The food was delicious, and you can order a giant tray that includes a great selection of different things to try.

Read moreI had Hai Phong Caramel & Kohlrabi which is described as plant protein caramelised. I didn’t find it caramelised. Other than garlic I found it without flavour. B had Stir Fried and Chargrilled plant protein with stir fried vegetables. B really enjoyed his food, so much so he had a dessert! Fried ice cream.

Been here before, new menu now and the food was spot on, absolutely delicious. We had the Presidential Bun Cha and the long standing stalwart mushroom sizzler. The avocado smoothie was really tasty. Friendly prompt service tops it all off.
