Incredible vegan/veg sushi & Asian fusion! - Edit
(Per HappyCow rating rules) only doing 4 stars because it's not fully vegan/veg. Otherwise, this place gets FIVE STARS from me! The sushi is fantastic and other dishes, like the hot tofu, are incredible. Flavors are top-notch, and the drink menu is great, too! Loved this place.

For a place that isn’t exclusively vegan this restaurant has an excellent variety of vegan food. We got the mushroom udon and the hot tofu, both of which were delicious. We also got a drink, which was good as well.

We took my daughter for her 21st bday tonight, she's been wanting vegan sushi since she went vegan and we are sooooooo glad we came here... The food was amazing!! I've eaten alot of non vegan sushi over the years, and this topped them all in flavor and presentation!!! I have not one single complaint...
Read moreThe restaurant was clean and inviting... we pulled up as someone was leaving and got the only parking spot, restaurant was full and we were greated immediately and sat at our table, our waiter Sam was awesome !!! Very friendly and helped us navigate what was vegan, got us drinks and our appetizer started straight away, we placed our order and food came quickly...

Thetts garlic ramen noodles, omg best ever !!
And the black bean sauce udon noodles I can't pronounce but are soo yummy !!

Everything looked amazing and tasted fantastic, so much flavor and great portion sizes and prices 😀
We will become regulars and be trying everything vegan on the menu !!!

I ordered miso soup and the vegan roll and both were exceptional. The best vegan sushi I’ve ever had. It’s rare to find so much care and complexity offered to vegan options.

We ordered both vegan and non-vegan meals and everything was absolutely phenomenal from the sushi menu and the entrée menu. One of us is local and one of us is from out of town and the local will come back again and bring family great service get food modern atmosphere

Wonderful sushi! It was really nice to have some well thought out, “special” vegan sushi options that went far beyond the typical vegan option of avocado roll and cucumber roll (although they have those too if that’s your thing).

this place was amazing! we ordered takeout during the pandemic (support local businesses) the vegan options are very clearly marked on the menu and many things can be made vegan upon request. my family says the meat dishes are also really good so this is a great place for everyone to get something😄definitely will be coming back!

I was blown away! Miso soup is vegan, they have several appetizers that are vegan (spicy edamame were really really good!), they have a couple dedicated rolls that are vegan, and several other hot entrees that are vegan. Good selection of vegan options, definitely recommend

The atmosphere was very modern, and the waitstaff was very knowledgeable and friendly. We had the hot tofu which was very generous and had a nice kick! We also had 2 of the vegan rolls which were quite creative and prepared beautifully. The strawberry, mango, avocado roll had a little too much cucumber inside that overpowered the delicate fruit flavors. The vegan udon had a wonderfully rich flavored mushroom broth, but the yellow squash didn’t quite fit. I think zucchini would have been a better choice. Overall it was a great meal! UPDATE: We returned for lunch the following day, and the crunchy cabbage roll was THE BOMB!

A dedicated vegan sushi menu! Everything we tried was fantastic. Even the carnivores we went with said Nomzilla was some of the best sushi in town. Highly recommend the crunchy cabbage roll.
