De los mejores ramen veganos que he probado - Edit
El caldo del ramen es de los mejores que he probado en general, ya no solo en DublÃn, y le ponen Oatly 😌 De precio está bastante bien, las opciones veganas están alrededor de los 14-15 euros. Pedà también el bao de tofu frito de entrante, muy bueno, con bastante relleno y la masa era casera. Super recomendable reservar porque suele estar petado y el sitio es chiquito.

Buonissimo!!! - Edit
Ottimo Ramen vegano con brodo a base miso/tahina con pomodoro, spinaci, cipolla caramellizata che sembrava burro, noodle e germogli di soia. A parte abbiamo preso un tofu karagee buonissimo. Consiglio assolutamente, riscalda e rende piacevole anche il brutto clima irlandese!

Disappointing - Edit
Had been looking forward to going here but sadly the vegan choices didn't wow me. I opted for the mazeman as the ingredients in the San Diego like tomatoes didn't sound very appealing for ramen. I asked if it was possible to get the mazeman with broth on it and was told yes but for an extra 8 euro so I went for the original. I found it a little too sweet and basic. I had the tofu bao to start which was okay but again the addition of a tomato was confusing and odd. They originally sent me one with mayo but they ran back to say don't eat it and brought a vegan one after the ramen. Some vegan items on the menu have egg and fish listed in the allergens but the servers assured me this was a misprint. The alcohol on sale was extremely overpriced, more than any Dublin bar which doesn't make sense. Would be nice to see some more vegan options or a lower price for modifications.

Amazing veg ramen - Edit
Some of the best vegetarian ramen I’ve ever had! Got the San Diego without spice. Super flavorful umami broth without feeling like a sodium bomb, and the noodles were perfect.

I came for the noodle soup, but eventually ended up getting the vegan spicy mazemen cause the ingredients looked better to me, and it didn't disappoint. Great flavors!
