We enjoyed Nomit enough to visit twice in 5 days.
Their values are written on the wall for all to see, and staff are friendly/explain the novelty of naming burgers after key animal rights activists who inspired them.
The burgers are tasty - not cheap at €8.50 (& chips/patatas are extra!) but imaginative & tasty. And they are certainly filling for the price.
Pros: filling burgers, tasty flavours, vegan ethos at the heart of their business

Very nice restaurant with delicious food. The staff is very friendly! There is a lot of tasty choices from tapas, to burgers, lasagna, salads, raw dish and fresh juices. Very cosy and elegant atmosphere. We will go back for sure!

Excellent burger - Edit
Although Nomit opens at 8:30pm, kitchen service does not start till 9pm. We weren't even given a menu to look at (nor was the aircon switched on) while we waited, so don't get there before 9pm! Still, the woman who served us was really friendly and helpful.
The menu consists of burgers and wraps. My partner had the Morrisey burger, which was exceptional: really flavoursome and well made. I had the seitan and hummus wrap, which was generously filled, but needed a touch more seasoning. We were really satisfied with those, but wish we'd had more than two wedges on the side!

Cons: No service before 9pm, Only two potato wedges on the side!

Lovely staff - good healthy food. Even if you are not hungry anymore - order a cake even for take away -woooooooooooow.

Really good selection of tapas, burgers, salads and desserts. Staff were lovely too. only wish I was staying on valencia longer!
