Find this truck on social media - they're often found at Bibo coffee up at UNR, the Holland project, and Spectre Records. Well known for their burritos but also have very good tacos and various other mexican food depending on the day! They put fries in their burritos and are very willing to compromise for picky eaters that want specialty burritos. Reasonable prices and a friendly, fast, hardworking staff
Pros: 100% vegan, Varied menu, Affordable
Cons: Hard to locate, Not available every day
