Three taco options - Edit
They offer 3 vegan taco options, one of which is the marinated tofu which was the reason this review got 3 stars. I also ordered the vegan rice, which left much to be desired. It came cold and filled with cilantro. Like more cilantro than was needed. I didn’t end up eating it. Everything came out cold.

Nollie’s menu was out of date when we were there but the waitress was happy to explain everything to us. There were quite a few vegan options. We got the chips and guac with some beer as an app and then moved on to some tacos. There are 3 options that can be made vegan for tacos. There’s a tofu taco (caution slightly spicy), a black bean taco (you can do whole beans or refried), and a jackfruit taco. We tried all three! Something to know about the bean taco - the menu says it contains cheese but it is a vegan choice, this is because their menu is outdated and it no longer contains cheese. Just be sure to specify if you are concerned. I got the bean taco with refried beans and this was my personal favorite. Will definitely eat at again!
