Lovely authentic Napoli flavours. Their even have vegan version of Nutella pizza.

It all tastes very good and their vegan cheese is amazing.

Delicious vegan options

Very reasonably priced and tasty vegan dishes such as marinara pizza. Easy to add and remove toppings, plus fast service for delivery and lots of seats in the restaurant.

Pros: Great vegan options

Napoli pizza with lots of flavour

Dough: it's the real deal from Naples. Chewy borders with black crusty spots, thin base, smelling of flour and wood oven. They usually have a vegan special pizza on the board in addition to the regular red (tomato sauce) and white (toppings only) pizzas. Toppings are excellent, by the way. Marinara is garlicky and oreganoish as it should be (ask for extra chili oil!). You can add/remove toppings, they are ready to accommodate changes. Also serves a few vegan starters (like the fried dough balls), desserts, vegan wines, beer and liquor.

OK but don’t expect vegan cheese!

Good pizza and an excellent crust but there are a lot of options for vegan pizza in the city so I think they have missed a beat here in not offering a vegan cheese option. What’s more peculiar is that their sister restaurant, The Pasta Factory, does. Also worth noting is it’s a pretty loud place. It doesn’t offer the same kind of ambiance that the (smaller) Pasta Factory has.

Amazing Vegan Pizza

Noi Quattro is a pizzeria owned by four friends, who also own The Pasta Factory. The menu is concise, with the main event obviously being pizza and it is fabulous to see so many options for vegans and also vegetarians. I was also told all wines were vegan friendly.

I ordered olives to share, with starters of Verde salad for me and Cuoppo for hubby and what fabulous dishes they proved to be, so colourful, fresh and tasty.

Then onto my favourite food of pizza, an Avezzanese and Tris di Funghi, so we could have half and half. Noi Quattro are passionate about their pizza, the base is simply just flour, yeast, salt and passion, with the dough taking two days of slow fermentation to make, so easy to digest and cooked in ninety seconds.

The pizzas were scrumptious, just the right amount of toppings, a top notch base, slightly stretchy with a wonderful sourdough smell. The base had risen around the edges, like soft pillows of dough, that melted in the mouth, with its characteristic leopard spot markings.

So did Noi Quattro meet my expectations, well it surpassed them, I am a pizza addict and know my pizza and the competition in Manchester is fierce, as to who makes the best pizza in the city. I think I just found my number one spot and am already looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommended.
