Korean tofu steak - Edit
Traditional Korean restaurant with vegan options: tofu stew and tofu steak. We had the tofu steak, which came with all the usual side dishes. Although I’m still getting used to Korean cuisine, I enjoyed the tofu steak! The staff were also very friendly.

Great food, nice people, vegan-friendly - Edit
This place was amazing. They actually mention vegan (or veganizable) dishes as such on their menu (using "비건") - which is available in English, too (though a little less detailed). They were knowledgeable about veganism and helped sort out non-vegan side dishes, too - but I did speak Korean with them, so I don't know if they'd be as attentive / capable to do the same in English.
Read moreImportant: Their Kimchi is not vegan, as are two more side dishes (as of our visit) - be sure to mention that you do not eat fish / seafood (해산물). Again, with me, they did ask/suggest it from their side, but the previous review has non-vegan (and non-vegetarian!) side dishes in the pictures, so I figure this could come down to language and/or staff individuals.

Great place in a non-veg country - Edit
Great hospitality and the owner is very kind and tries to accommodate. There are only 3 vegan / vegetarian items on the menu, however with the sides (banchan) it makes a great filling menu.
