Read moreSeveral Vegan options on the menu. I went with vegetable curry noodle soup. Spicy and hot temperature wise. Noodles tofu and veggies. Broth was delicious.

Super tasty broth, you don't get much tofu wafers though so maybe ask for extra when ordering!

We passed near the front of the restaurant in T1, Level 2 and were immediately pleased to see a sign highlighting vegan dishes (labeled vegetarian, but were in fact vegan). We were not disappointed by the selection. We both ordered the curry vegetable noodle soup. The owner came out and asked how we liked our meal, then insisted on topping us up. He brought out an entire soup as the top up, assembled with all the vegetables from the other soups. I am typing this with a full belly and a satisfied smile. The owner overheard me tell my husband that the soup was HUGE! and he replied to us, "I have a huge heart: I have to let it out in the morning." Top Shelf. Highly recommend.
