Delicious vegan food in the rainforest

Noelia's is a real find in an area that doesn't have a lot of options period, let alone vegan options. It's a one woman show - Noelia runs the place and cooks all the food. We told her we were vegan and she made us a feast of mofungo, rice and beans, tostones, and seasoned fries. The food was incredible, views of the rainforest are gorgeous, the beer is cheap and cold, and to top it all off, she gave our 6 year old different toys to play with while we waited for the food. We loved it so much we went back a second day, and ordered extra beans.
