Three whole vegan burgers! - Edit
To choose from three vegan burgers is unusual. They are quite cheap and along with a side I'm sure you'll end up full. Very friendly staff!

Vegan soulfood made with love - Edit
I just came to santander, and needed a bit to eat, and found this place through the Happy cow listing. I was a bit worried it was going to be a bit of a too new-age, weird burger place, but was pleased when I came there with how cool it was. The area around nobrak has a lot of rock bars and cool places. Nobrak itself was crowded when I came it and it took few moments to be seated and to order, but once I did, food was delivered quickly. My spanish is rusty, but I ordered in spanish and read the spanish menu, so I can't comment on the english. The waitess was friendly, and managed to stay calm despite being slammed. The food had a bit of oil, the yuca burger seemed to soak up oil, but they do call themselves "nobrak soulfood" not "nobrak diet bar" so the food lived up to the name, which I respect and applaud - living up to a name. Frankly even though I am eating really light these days, and am dieting very hard, you have to admit that everyone, including us vegans needs some proper soulfood now and then. They have a nice selections of drinks, wines and beers. It seems they also take reservations, which if you are more than one person, you may need. The place isn't entirely vegan, but they seemed to manage well with understanding vegan. The spicy sauce is properly spicy, which they warned me about, so if you are not used to chilis don't order it - I'm a chili eater and was pleasantly surprised I could actually taste it was spicy-the burger sauce that is. The music they played was cool reggae. I would definitely recommend. Portions were very big, I struggled to finish. Fries are not very worth it, they may consider double drying them to get them crispier

Buenísimo - Edit
Es uno de mis sitios favoritos, tienen 3 hamburguesas veganas, y son impresionantes. La yucca frita también es de mis favoritas, suelen tener tartas veganas.

Loved this little place - Edit
I really struggled eating out in rural Northern Spain so was delighted to find this place on a day trip to the city. Service was excellent, I really enjoyed my burger and I thought the atmosphere was lovely too.

poor service - Edit
They said the kitchen would open in 10-15minutes. Ok no problem. Explained I had a flight to catch so didn't have much time. Could I get a burger as takeaway? Yes but it costs more than to sit in, unusual but ok.
Read more40minutes later they hadn't even bothered to start cooking my food even though the cook had been there the whole time
Cost me my only chance to get some vegan food before my flight as I had to go

very bland and too expensive: a rip-off - Edit
I expected something more from this new place in the heart of Santander nightlife. I visited their website and looked at their menu before going, but the experience wasn't worth the effort. A party of 5 friends, all of us quite disappointed. We had diferent burgers and a salad. My yucca burger missed the promised hot and spicy sauce, a tuna burger missed its wasabi sauce, the other two burgers weren't as special as shown from the menu, and the salad was served without the seaweed (and my friend had to send it back to the kitchen to have her salad complete). I don't recommend this place: you won't find good quality for money

Cons: bland and expensive food, fake posh atmosphere
