Vegan friendly - Edit
Not a ton of vegan options, but the definitely know how to accommodate vegans. I ordered the Impossible Meatball pizza and it was delicious!

Advertise vegan options - Edit
Came for brunch with my husband. I saw online they were offering more vegan friendly options. We decided to go for brunch and saw on the menus ask server for more vegan choices. Asked my server and he had no idea what I was talking about. Hopefully it was just my server being unaware but I was sad to see/hear that there really wasn’t a lot of options like advertised. All they offer is impossible meatballs and a vegan impossible pizza.

Great place for a group of diverse eaters!! - Edit
My company was in Tampa for a work conference and we all went out to eat at Noble Crust; this was a great option for all of us!! There are marked vegan items on the menu (even vegan specials on the specials menu) along with plenty of options of omnivores. I did think that the pricing was a little high for what I got (I ordered rigatoni with Impossible meatballs and it was $18 and didn't include a salad), but I liked the atmosphere and the fact that all of us could enjoy a meal at the same place.

Good Vegan Pasta and Pizza - Edit
They have a devoted vegetarian menu with a vegan pasta and pizza option. Impossible Burger meatball appetizer is also a good choice if you are into that. Their gluten-free vegan spaghetti is fantastic.
