My favorite Noah's in the city - Edit
This is my favorite Noah's location in the city. It's also the only location that gives a 5% discount to members of the Toronto Veg Association; just show your membership card, and they'll discount 5% off your bill.
I don't do too much of my shopping at Noah's, because it is pretty overpriced (especially compared to health food stores in Kensington Market). That being said, it's in a convenient location (right near Fresh on Bloor and Spadina subway station), and the staff is very friendly. They also have a good bulk section.
Pros: convenient location, good bulk section, friendly service
Cons: overpriced, more expensive than Kensington health food stores

Restaurant inside use to be better - Edit
Noah's is a great store, you'll find what you need in there, plus some amazing vegan treats by Sweets from the Earth. The restaurant inside, which use to be known as Sunny's Cafe, has declined a bit under new ownership, but you can still get a great lunch, especially if you've just entered the city and need to eat quickly.
Pros: Great store, Great treats
Cons: Current restaurant, not as good as old

Convenient but pricey - Edit
Lots of vegan items but ridiculously overpriced. Tofurky dogs are almost $7 for example.
I'd recommend Panacea, the only vegan health food store in the city, over Noahs, though Noah's has bulk food and a larger selection of beauty products.

Sunny cafe in Noah's - Edit
There's a lovely little cafe inside Noah's that specializes in all organic food. It's a mini buffet set-up and prices are by weight. There's also made to order fresh vegetable and fruit juice. This is the only place in Toronto I know of where the food is all organic and veg. The food and prices are great. (Limited seating though, it's mostly a take-out place).
Pros: excellent food, organic, good value
Cons: limited seating

Not Impressed - Edit
They are more expensive than Evergreen Health store. It takes too long to get their products in. Most of the time they are out of products
Pros: friendly
Cons: too long to get products in., Not enough staff, pricey

One of 3 favorites - Edit
I travel to Toronto twice a year and always stop at Noah's, because they have things that I can't get in Detroit.
