No vegan cinnamon rolls, no vegan cakes - Edit
Unfortunately the cinnamon rolls are not vegan any more. I have learned from this page, that they have sweet vegan options, but they have only provided banana bread (no piece, half bread only) to me. Self made jam looks nice and is vegan.

Great place for lunch - Edit
Lunch was great. Quiche and a salad with a veggie smoothie polished off with a vegan ice cream from next door.
Read moreLovely place with a great selection of vegetarian/veggie food, all freshly prepared, simple but wholesome. Lots of outdoor seating, great service and reasonably priced. Well worth a visit.
Pros: Vegetarian/vegan food, Simple, unpretentious, chilled, community vibe.

Gf and vegan bread! - Edit
I used to love eating tostatas whenever I was in Spain but I had kissed goodbye to this being an option since I had to go gluten free (shop brought gluten free bread just isn't the same). However whilst in la gomera my partner and I stumbled across this amazing place where you can pre book gluten free bread. It was a bit of a hefty price tag (7euros) but it was homemade and delicious so worth the price tag! The vegan gf banana bread was also a winner!
Read morePros: Gf bread, Amazing staff
Cons: A bit pricey

Thanks, you have to remember that La Gomera is a small island as are all the Canary Islands and that being so 95% of all foods are imported from the mainland making everything here I bit more expensive also the lack of competition between food supplies means the prices remain high, this makes special items such as different types of flour or even gluten free flour both hard to get and expensive we just don’t have the verity of choice people living on the mainland are used to.

Ofcourse I completly understand the reason for the price and I was more than happy to pay it, it really was worth it! I didn't want it to be taken as a criticism! Hopefully I can enjoy it again one day!
