Tell them your vegan when ordering, the staff knows their stuff!

I got the veggie lunch plate which has fried tofu, pickled veggies and salad over rice. I added a note that I was vegan to my order and the staff informed me that the spicy miso sauce I picked has mayo. They recommended original style which is just soy sauce, ponzu wasabi sauce or spicy garlic sauce. I went with the spicy garlic which they said was their spiciest option. Great customer service and super knowledgeable staff.

Delicious

This is not a food truck it’s a restaurant. Nothing is labeled as far as vegan or gluten free. I got the avocado hand roll and the veggie roll. Those were the only vegan options I saw but I also have a gluten allergy so I may have missed some (I skipped the seaweed salad because it wasn’t labeled”. VERY delicious. My only complaint is lack of gluten free soy sauce but I didn’t really NEED it the rolls were delicious on their own.
