Great Stop on a Road Trip - Edit
Driving through Kansas we decided to give them a try. They operate out of a food truck so we looked and they were at a market in the parking lot. The location very easy to find and park. The food was amazing. Maybe not healthy but definitely comfort food. I got the chicken salad sandwich and my husband got a philly cheese steak. They use soy curls, which we like a lot. We both got fries. The food was very flavorful, well seasoned and hot and fresh. 100 percent recommend and we will stop again on our bi annual trip to Colorado.

So so good! We got the chicken sandwiches to eat there, and mango sorbet. We took home some burgers, pizza rolls and the APPLE PIE ROLLS. the apple pie rolls were so so so good. I will be dreaming about them for the rest of my life.

Quick and easy vegan meal! I was initially hesitant because I’m not really big into vegan junk food, but this may have changed my mind! I had their “chiky sandwich” which is topped with their house recipe sauce and OH MY GOSH that sauce takes their sandwich to another level. May have to be a weekly meal!

This food truck offers the most delicious scratch- made food!
Read moreWe got the Mac daddy cheez burger and this tastes and smells like an even better version of a Big Mac- it’s unbelievable! Best part- it’s a house- made TVP patty- love that it’s not a processed meat.
We also loved the po-boy sandwich. The lions mane “shrimp” is perfect. This sandwich is huge!!
We’re visiting from out of state but would follow this food truck around if we were local.
