We liked the gyoza there. It came very fast. Only difficulty is they did not speak english very much - but you can order on a tablet so it works.

It's called Gyoza Ryu on Google Maps and it's on the upper floor of a building. A sign in front of the building informs about the location.

Tasty dishes and friendly staff - Edit
Although the vegan selection wasn't very extensive, I really enjoyed the vegetable gyoza and cucumber salad. They also have edamame. The staff were young, motivated, and very friendly. The ambiance of the place was lovely, making it a nice spot to relax and enjoy your meal.

Kind staff, great service despite limited vegetarian options - Edit
After wandering around downtown Hiroshima for a while, my friend and I came across this place when we were tired and hungry.

We had the edamame and the vegetable gyoza which were both delicious. The gyoza was particularly good so we ended up getting an extra helping. Would recommend for an authentic Japanese dining experience for vegetarians.

Chinese food in hiroshima - Edit
The restaurant proposes some vegan/vegetarian plates. I ate the veg gyoza with soy meat and edamame. No Gyoza No life is a chain and you can find other restaurants in the city. The food is good not excellent but is open also late at night.
