Tried the banana blossom - Edit
Like others here, I tried the vegan fish and chips. I've never had banana blossom before and found it to be similar to artichoke, but not quite as tasty. They also have a falafel and spinach burger on the menu that I'd probably try if I ended up there again.

I was quite surprised to find vegan fish and chips made entirely with banana blossom. I had never tried banana blossom before, and I have to say it’s not my cup of tea. However, I would encourage everyone to check it out just out of curiosity. They also offer vegan beer

I had food FOMO traveling and it was so nice having “fish and chips” while in Scotland. This was an awesome meal and a really cool bar right in the middle of Edinburgh.

Amazing vegan Pub Food - Edit
We decided to try the vegan Fish & Chips after reading the review of Hec0605. We tried Banana Blossom Fish in London and were curios about a second experience. And it was delicious! They cover the Banana Blossom with a sheet of Nori, which creates a perfect taste. There are two more vegan dishes on the menu: a Sandwich with Banana Blossom and a Spinach Burger. I liked the typical Pub atmosphere. It was a perfect experience.
