Healthy and delicious - Edit
We went for “breakfast” and it was so substantial we didn’t need to eat again until the evening. The cafe is part of the vegan hotel by the same name. Staff super friendly and the place is lovely. Food was delicious. We had a burrito and grilled cactus with mushrooms. So good.

The new gem in San Chris - Edit
Finally a place in San Chris with delicious vegan cheese that melts. I have eaten here a couple of times and everything in soo good!! They have a lot of vegan traditional Mexican food like mole and pipian that I haven't found in other restaurant in this pueblo (and I've been here for 5 years). The staff is really friendly and the prices are great.
