On the menu they only list 2 vegan items. And the spring rolls were not listed as vegan but they are (and were good). When talking to the server, she did list out all of the things that can be made vegan. However I lost confidence when she mentioned that vegans don’t eat tofu. I ordered generals tofu but I’m a texture guy, so I was pretty grossed out trying to eat the dish. Silken tofu that had some kind of gelatinous coating on each piece. Taste was ok but pretty gross texture. Mainly silken tofu with a few pieces of veggies mixed in.

They don't get vegan - Edit
Avoid. I asked for kung pao tofu and they told me they didn't serve it. Ordered a bento box with general tso's tofu and asked for the vegan substitution they advertise - edamame instead of california roll. They served me california roll and CHICKEN. I called to complain and they insisted it was tofu, until they put me through to the manager, who talked to the chef, then admitted they'd made a mistake. They made me a new one and offered me a credit on a future order. When I got back to my hotel room...it was general tso's tofu, but they served me the california roll again with crab. Obviously honoring vegan preferences is not a priority here.

Great tofu! - Edit
I had the Spicy Tofu Kung Pao. It was delicious. The tofu was cooked perfectly. The portion was huge! It could easily feed me 2 maybe 3 times. I will definitely be back.

Great tea and appetizers! - Edit
I got the vegetable gyoza, fried vegetable spring rolls, a sweet potato tempura roll, and a tempura asparagus roll. I washed it down with their lychee tea. Everything was delicious, service was excellent. Would definitely go back!
