When asking with google translate she explained to me, that everything that has soup is actually containing fish sauce. But the were very willing to help me out ab prepared Soba noodles and vegetable tempura, which were really good.
Also the umeshu (Plum liquor) was so good!

Delicious soba! - Edit

Found this place on Google, with a couple of vegan reviewers stating they catered for vegans. There are no vegan options on the menu, but I just used Google Translate to explain that I'm vegan and what I couldn't eat. Server understood straight away, and I ordered a bowl of soba noodles with vegetable tempura. The soup was delicious and very filling!
