Mains: falafel wrap, curry platter, tempeh tacos & Ćevapčići (veganised Croatian dish of sausages with a cold sweet potato salad and onions). Overall, everyone was happy. Really tasty flavoursome food. After having to ‘make do’ with other options at restaurants it was great to have an entire menu to choose from. Would definitely recommend. I think the menu can look a little underwhelming but the food ends up being surprisingly tasty

Ordered the Taco Con Tempeh and it was really tasty and full of veg. Don't expect to be able to pick it up though as it is very full and they dressed the top of the tortilla. Regardless, not disappointed. The Iced tea is also really, really refreshing.

The food and drinks were absolutely amazing and great value for filling portions.
The curry plater is really delicious and gives you three decent sized curry pots with rice, Pickles, chutney and naan.
The lemonade with ginger and turmeric is really refreshing and zingy which complements the food brilliantly!
Definitely will be coming back the next time we visit Dubrovnik.

Nishta is an all-vegan place in a quiet side street in the old town of Dubrovnik. The menu offers a lot: vegan classics like wraps, curries and noodles, but also dalmatian dishes and also many raw-vegan dishes. I tried the raw-vegan gnocchi - they were amazing! The falafel wrap is also good, but the seasoning more indian than oriental. The lemon cake wasn't my favourite dish - but that's just personal taste. I would love to come back to try more - everything looks delicous! They also have a salad bar, where you can also grab a salad for take-away, and this also looked very good, not just the usual options! Regarding that everything is cooked from scratch, the food is well worth the money. Also very nice atmosphere!

Updated review: Small indoor space, plus some outdoor seating (on the pedestrian laneway). I appreciated the ceiling fans on a hot day. I enjoyed a virgin mojito, gazpacho with seed cracker and the cauliflower meal, which was in a very tasty sauce with crumbled nuts. Friends of mine enjoyed the raw lasagne and gnocchi.
Read moreReview from 12 years ago: I had a glass of nice white wine and "grah," a traditional stew of beans, carrots, onion, a bit of grain (barley and wild rice but not much), smoked-seitan chunks, topped with two slices of toasted polenta. Very, very good and tasty. There's also a salad bar.

So great to find a vegan restaurant in Dubrovnik which is overall not the easiest place to eat vegan. I had the curry and it was a huge portion. The naan and sides were great and the curry selection was nice, but I have had better. I did go back and have the cevapcici and it was absolutely delicious. There were loads of tasty looking choices and also raw options available.

Multiple vegan options (entire menu is vegan!). I had the vegan curry but other dishes looked decent. It has a great location - if you want outdoor seating at busy times it’s recommended to reserve!

Hidden up the many stairs of Dubrovnik’s old town, this is a small but cozy and friendly cafe style restaurant serving the very finest Vegan dishes. The Lasagne is a world class raw dish and the vegan version of the local cooked traditional dish is filling and tasty. Highly recommend.

Fully vegan menu to dine in, lots of raw food options, and also a takeaway salad bar. My omni husband and I both raved about our food, and both ordered dessert and drinks. It was as expensive as anywhere else in the very dear Old Town, so they are hitting the target price but with excellent quality of food, which is not always guaranteed in such a touristy place. I took away a mixed salad box to make into a pasta and salad dinner at our apartment, which stretched the money a bit further!

- the Cevapceci - Salty & a bit burnt taste
- the Tempura veggies, Köfte & the sauces they came with. Not very flavorful & dry Köfte

2 Appetizers & 1 main was kind of too much for two people

We had two courses to share. The almond gnocchi was delicious, but I think that it was not enough for one to feel stuffed. I don't remember the name of the other main course we have taken, but it was full of veggies cooked with soy sauce. Too many onions, for my Italian belly😄

Amazing little find in Old Town! Incredible food and really lovely atmosphere in the alleyway, with rosemary table decorations and a little lamp (very cute). When we arrived, there were no tables free outside so the waitstaff kindly seated us inside while we ordered and moved us outside when a table became available. The food is definitely a bit expensive (although I’m sure the prices are comparable to other places in Old Town) but we were happy to ‘splurge’ here to support a fully vegan place. The food was very delicious and the place had exceptional atmosphere. One of the best dining experiences I’ve had in Europe!
