Sushi in the airport, but nothing special - Edit
For vegetarians they have a nigiri mix with tofu and egg, but you dont get only tofu nigiri. So we just had maki. The maki are good, but nothing special.

Limited vegan sushi. - Edit
I was here at 3:45 PM on a Sunday afternoon, and they had no vegan or vegetarian sushi. They said they make vegetable sushi only in the morning and they sell out around noon. They had a big refrigerated case on the side with a giant tray of inari (tofu) sushi, but they said that they would not sell me a set of inari sushi. It only comes in a set with futo maki that has egg and crab in it. For veg options, head over to Onigiri Burger near the Chanel store in the Osaka airport.
