Delicious Vegan Pasta Dishes - Edit
We had the ravioli, spaghetti amatriciana, eggplant parm, and the tofu cake. The ravioli were fantastic- so full of flavor with lots of basil and they were stuffed with spinach ricotta (soy). The eggplant parm was great too- with lots of cheese! The tofu cake was interesting but delicious- kinda like a pudding cake, not quite cheesecake texture but the chocolate crust & raspberry glaze were delicious.

I ordered both ravioli and carbonara which were very yummy. The prices are okay and not pricey. The place is a bit sketchy but not too bad . Would definitely recommend this place.

Consigliatissimo questo posto vicino all'Arno e a due passi del centro. Siamo stati a cena è siamo rimasti colpiti per la quantità di piatti presenti nel menù. La scelta è veramente molto ampia!! (Forse il restante vegano con più piatti dove sia stata).

Really enjoyed our meal here!! We ordered a carbonara and a carbonara with truffle. Both delicious. We had a tiramisu each for dessert which was delicious. We also found the drinks to be nice and cheap (€3 for 0.25l house wine).
Read moreThe menu looked really interesting with lots of pasta dishes that would be hard for vegans to find elsewhere. There was a symbol in the key which indicted when a dish was not vegan but it didn’t turn up anywhere in the actual menu so everything was vegan!
We would definitely come back here if we had time. Really good food, good prices and super lovely staff.

Fully positive experience about Nirvana - Edit
Extensive menu, calm atmosphere. and good service. Had both ravioli (with soy ragu) and pasta carbonara and enjoyed both. Tofu cake was an inspiring surprise. We were two persons and both had three course meals with only 45 euros altogether. Can recommend wholeheartedly!

The interior is nice, the waiter was heartbreaking sweet. Old man mumbling Italian - but we managed to order😄 the food was good. I had risotto cavolo nero and seitan alla calabrese and finished with tiramisu. The price is very fair. We paid 48€ for three courses for two persons beer

I went with a friend and the food was absolutely delicious and really nice and cheesy. We were too full to order a second plate but got dessert instead which was really tasty as well. I would highly recommend this place and I would definitely come back here again.

Very tasty appetizers, primo and secondo. Nice portions. In compare to other restaurants in Florence, it's very cheap. Truly recommend, you will find italian food, but also some other dishes. Everything vegan! Also good wine and desserts. Place is quite big, so you should find free table without any problems.

Honestly expected a bit more, but if you have health concerns this apparently salt free place may be for you. The staff were nice enough, but the music was like a spa on a strange loop. Not bad, just bland and the bread was cardboard.
