We ate here two times, it was real nice experience. We had the Carbona, Spaghetti Amatrician, Crepes with hummus and cream cheese and the amazing tiramisu. It‘s a full vegan restaurant. The waiters were really friendly. You have to go to Nirvana, if you are in Florence.

L unico appunto che faccio È che i vegani si sostengono l uno con l altro per far sì che non chiudono, dato che ce ne sono pochissimi

If you want the Italian experience of ordering multiple courses (all vegan of course) and getting a liter of table wine this is a fantastic option. Food was tasty but didn’t taste homemade, it had a bit of a canned or premade taste. Overall we enjoyed the meal and had fun dining experience (it’s always great to have a fully vegan menu) but we weren’t blown away by the food.

Had a yummy vegan lunch coming off a long train ride. We ordered the red pesto gnocchi and the tofu dish. The tofu was yummy, the sauce was delish. I wanted to lick the plate clean! The vegan Parmesan was great too. The bread that was served with the mains wasn’t great, was very dry. Not sure if that was meant to be like that? Either way, the food overall was great.

I particularly recommend the ravioli, the tomato sauce is top quality and the ragù filling is perfect. I loved carbonara with truffle, the seitan would be better if it was a bit crunchy (it is really not) but I personally don't mind. Then I had the seitan arrosto with chianti sauce, very tasty and great potatoes. I also loved the tiramisù, good consistency of both the cream and biscuits.

I came here with my non-vegan partner and we were both blown away. The service was excellent, our waiter Gabriel was very attentive and made us feel very welcome. We loved the wine that he suggested to us. The food was absolutely delicious, we ended up having appetizers, a pasta course, and shared a main course and tiramisu. The carbonara with truffle was the highlight.

A lovely family-run business. You can taste the love in the homemade food, gradma ist cooking.The seitan was absolutely delicious(normally I'm not the biggest fan)! The vegan parmesan was divine! Excellent value for money. Very friendly owners, I highly recommend it to any Vegan visiting Florence!

Went here with my husband (both longtime vegans) hoping for a great fully vegan meal. Unfortunately it didn’t meet our expectations especially with so many good reviews. On the good side, the staff was great! Attentive and friendly. The carbonara with truffle was good but not really a carbonara.

Salve, mi dispiace che non è stato di suo gradimento! Mi sorge spontanea una domanda… dato che è vegana da molto tempo, come fa a dire che la carbonara non è uguale a quella vera?! Ovviamente è vegetale come ben sa! Non potrà mai essere un piatto con gli stessi sapori! Idem per il tiramisù che è vegetale, se lo cercava vero qua di certo non lo trovava. la signora cucina da oltre 50 anni con amore e tanta passione… ovviamente non si può piacere a tutti purtroppo, ogni recensione è soggettiva!! Io per esempio non faccio recensioni se non mi piace un posto, perché ciò che piace a me, non è detto che piaccia a un altro! Inoltre aiuto le persone a lavorare….anzi,Un vero vegano aiuta a crescere e a divulgare le realtà vegetali, dato che ce n è poche…non lamentiamoci poi che per i vegani non ci sono più locali in cui andare!GO VEGAN!
