Excellent vegan options

They have some good vegan options which are clearly labeled. Good service, clean and a nice restaurant inside and out. A good option if you’re in La Spezia and fancy some Japanese food. Their vegan ramen is excellent and you can ask to add extra veg, like bok choy, or tofu, or noodles if you want.

Pros: Good food, Knowledgeable about veganism, Nice restaurant/ good position in the square

Cons: Could have even more options, especially desserts, Only pineapple for dessert
