Good ramen

I loved the vegan ramen, menu is full of other vegan options as well. The chef and staff are very helpful and can modify dishes to make it vegan. We got fortune cookies at the end as well but they said they weren't sure if those were vegan.
The ramen came in a huge bowl with loads of vegetables and fried tofu, highly recommended!!

Ninja sushi

Before I was vegan, I used to eat here. I just ate here for the first time since I became a vegan and I was pleasantly surprised with the options available for me to eat. I had a seaweed salad and two vegetable rolls. All of the food was delicious! I liked the variation of texture and flavor dimension in the garden roll in particular
