Great place - Edit
The folks here are very friendly and will help you create a vegan meal for yourself. Most dishes can substitute tofu and they will omit the Oyster sauce at your request. It is the best Chinese food I have had in Edmonton and its a fast food place so you dont have to wait long. The place is packed at lunch time on weekdays. I have tried many items but always opt for the Shanghai Noodles with Tofu. The thick wheaty noodles are so good and the fried bean curd is awesome. Get the combo and add 2 veggie spring rolls and a beverage. The portions are HUGE, one lunch meal will be enough for two lunches for me.
Pros: Lots of veg options, Great, tasty food, Very friendly
Cons: Small place, only a few seats, Very busy at noon on weekdays
