Great selection of South Indian vegan meals

Not counting the dedicated vegan bistro, Nimbu has the widest selection of clearly labeled vegan options in town (10 , while one of the two daily lunch options is always vegan, too). The chefs are South Indian (Kerala) and most of the selection are either Kerala dishes or have a South Indian spin to them (use of coconut milk etc.). The place itself is cozy and the food has been consistently good (if slightly adjusted to Slovak preferences).
