My husband and I went for the vegan tasting menu. Most of the dishes here are vegan by default anyway so it was really easy. Everything was absolutely delicious and really unique. I especially enjoyed a squash taco with deep-fried beach mushrooms and a chestnut cream. Great drinks list for alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages.

Cons: Expensive so don’t go if you’re not prepared, In a theme park so there are entrance fees

The restaurant is placed at the centre of Tivoli Gardens. But what is fantastic about Gemyse is the restaurant itself. Very cosy courtyard with a lot of green trees and herbs growing everywhere. Begin with the starters outside and then move indoors and enjoy the rest of the 10-course meny.

Vegetarian/Vegan 8 course tasting menu. The starting snacks gave a hint of what was going to come. Excellent experience.
