The only vegetarian restaurant at the night market but no English sign to tell you. If you can't find it, ask someone. Address 宜蘭夜市食品街(靠近東港橋下的夜市入口處). Good reliable little place - Edit
This restaurant is great if you are eating when every other veggie place is closed (after 8:00 PM, and is open from around 5 PM or so until late at night, 7 days a week. The owners are friendly too. If you are going to the night market with a bunch of meat eaters, you can get take out and bring it to another stand. They have only noodle soups and dumplings. Try the "hong mien shien gun" They also have shaved ice with various gooey, sticky balls, beans, and other stuff to mix with it.

Ok, this place took a turn for the worse. We went there again last night, and the previous owners retired and sold the business. Food just doesn't taste too good.
Pros: cheap, convenient
Cons: tables are old and dirty, limited menu, no English menu
