Fair vegan foods - Edit
We came from UK to Belgrade to Niš. This restaurant is in Niš city centre on the main street. Very easy to find. Me and my partner are both vegan and before we arrived we already had an expectation that it would be hard to find vegan foods in a small city. Followed by reviews and comments from others we went to this restaurant and honestly we all thought the vegan pizza was just okay. It was pretty simple: tomatoes, olive, pepper and vegan cheese etc (we were both surprised that they had vegan cheese) and it tasted bland. The base is thin and I actually quite like it. This restaurant seemed pretty popular here so maybe their other food are good and tasty but their vegan foods actually could be better.

Pretty good vegan pizza - Edit
Niš doesn't have many vegan options in restaurants, so I was really pleased to eat a vegan pizza. Thank you for having at least a few options for us vegans😊🙏

Dinner fail - Edit
Night & Day was a total dinner fail. We ordered the pizza recommended in the other review here on HappyCow. First it came with tuna and we had to send it back. This was a misunderstanding, which can happen (as there also is a tuna version of the "posno pizza" on the menu). Then we had to wait for the version without tuna for quite some time and after that we got a pizza with regular cheese. After complaining we got several answers from several people: One person typed into Google Translate that they only serve pizzas with regular cheese, the other person said that they have vegan cheese and we got served a pizza with vegan cheese, which it definitely wasn't (which later got confirmed by the chef, who "made a mistake"). We ended up paying for a pizza which we didn't eat, as the discussion with the staff did not lead to anything. Not recommended.

Good pizza - Edit
Unlike Belgrade and Novi Sad, Nis didn’t have much to offer vegans during our visit. So we were stoked to come across this place in the pedestrian mall that had a posno pizza on the menu with vegan cheese - no more sad cheeseless vegetarian pizza for us. Communication was a bit tricky at first but then a different waiter came over to help, a young guy who spoke perfect English. On the English menu version the posno pizza is called “non-fat pizza”, which is an odd translation, but the waiter confirmed that it’s definitely no animal products. They have a few different sizes, we went for the standard which was a filling meal for two of us. The pizza was pretty good, they loaded on the toppings and although the vegan cheese wasn’t the best, still happy to have the option.
