Refined, delicious meal, warm and airy decor - Edit
Lunch at Niébé was so far my best vegan meal in Paris. Delicate flavors, creative, nice presentation. I shared the mise en bouche (6 different size-bite pieces) and the Bobo de légumes with my friend, and we tried both desserts - the avocado cream and the coconut blanc-mangé were fantastic. Friendly service, tasteful decor, and a nice view on a little courtyard when seated at the back. Great spot for both lunch and dinner.
Pros: Delicious food, Friendly service, Large space, great for a bigger group
Cons: Frankly, could not see any!

So delicious! - Edit
This restaurant just opened and it's great! (Would have given it maximum stars, but Happy Cow wont let me as it serves meat.)
I found the place super warm and welcoming, with wooden floor and tables, modern colorful decor, nice lighting (yes lighting matters)...
Nearly half the menu is vegan, and clearly marked as such. The idea I think is that most non vegan dishes have a vegan counterpart, usually made with seitan or tofu. Don't forget to say you want the vegan option, because they often have the same name.
I've now been twice and everything I've tried was exciting and flavourful. I'm not familiar with Brazillian cuisine, and found it both subtle and comforting. Portions are perfect :)
I especially loved the 'mise en bouche' (assorted fritters starter), the 'Feijoada' (lovely smoky main), and the 'Manjar' (coconut dessert).
I definitely recomend this place! I'd happily go back again and again to try all the dishes.
