I very much like breads and sandwiches so I wanted to try this place... There's one vegan-by-default option on the menu (vegan schnitzel) but I know the giardiniera and fresh salad sandwiches are also veganisable. The schnitzel is a Plantein schnitzel (good protein!) and accompanied by some tasty salad cream and fresh veggies and pickles. Bread was rather dry though.

This place is great for a quick stop at lunch. Its near Flagstaff station and only open 10-2 during the week. I had their vegan schnitzel and it was great! I think the mushroom can be made vegan too.
