Read moreBecause they didnât have what I wanted- the mushrooms are sautÊed in butter (why?) and I wanted pesto but they were out - I didnât find this out until after I ordered and paid. I probably would have cancelled but I was in the bathroom and they told my wife who informed me later .
I open the container and Iâm immediately disappointed. It doesnât look or smell good. The veggies are so large that they take up most of the container. I finally find the pasta and itâs not seasoned and itâs all kind of dry since it only has some olive oil on it. The beyond meatballs were tasty so I at those and tossed the rest.
I definitely should have checked Happy Cow first and I likely would have avoided this place. Eat/order at your own risk.

Get pasta with marinara and - Edit
Order the vegan meatballs and marinara. The pasta is fresh and delicious. The Hillsboro location has cool outdoor seating. :)

Adequate vegan options - Edit
In my experience it's been a bit rare to find vegan options at an otherwise omnivorous Italian restaurant. Nicolettos offers vegan meatballs, some vegan noodles, and a vegan marinara sauce. It's good, the meatballs are large, and you certainly won't be hungry after you've eaten.

Ordered through UberEats. I had the spaghetti with olive oil and vegan meatballs. The spaghetti itself was a bit dry and clumped together, but the meatballs had a lot of flavor. I was left a bit hungry afterwards.
