Funny to suddenly find this familiar name on my favorite food website. I actually met Nicole randomly during my journey through Switzerland (6 months and counting) and was promptly invited to stay over and enjoy delicious vegan dinner at her base, which says a lot about her open-minded welcoming attitude and kindness. During 2 days I learned a lot about her drive in life, visions and excellent healthy cooking skills (she even wrote a useful recipe guide). Get in touch with this lady, she has a lot to teach anyone of us.
