Difficult for vegans - Edit

The environment is nice and the employees are super polite. Also, their falafel grain bowl is absolutely delicious...when made correctly.

Unfortunately, many of the employees (with the exception of one older woman😄)seem confused when asked to veganize an order. This is concerning, especially because there is an option to "make it vegan" on their menu. Since it is part of the menu, all employees should understand what that entails.

I have eaten here on at least 6 or more occasions. On every occasion but one, they have served me food that was not vegan (it was vegetarian). When the food is vegan, it is good. However, be prepared to make explicit requests and/or send back the food to be fixed.

Pros: Nice environment

Cons: Repeatedly served non-vegan food, Most employees unsure what it means to be vegan
