Yummy and lovely people!

The food is very delicious both in store and take away! A lot of vegan options (even cheese & cakes). Don't come too late, because they really close at 6 pm. For us it's really a reason to come back to Leeds.

Pros: excellent food, (child)friendly staff, good prices

Cons: closed in the evening, not in my neighbourhood ;-)

Good food

Really lovely food, wish it was open more! Could offer a few more vegan options for breakfast. Other than that, a lovely place to eat!

Vegan options but not vegan friendly

It's great to have a veggie eatery in Chapel Allerton. They have good selection of dishes. They do take out.

They could be more vegan friendly, however. They still charge extra for soya milk, which is ridiculous, and none of their Lite Bites are vegan or can even be made vegan.

Pros: Sell ingredients and cakes to take away at deli co

Cons: Charge extra for soya milk!, Sometimes it can be quite cold

Good food but not as vega. friendly as it should be.

The food we had was good and I would recommend. BUT their fries are cooked in the same oil as their non-vegan stuff, such as eggs! We only found this out by sheer chance. Not great from a vegetarian place. I feel they really should be more careful.

Pros: Great food, Good atmosphere

Cons: not careful with vegan things so risk of cross con

veggie, vegan & gf options always

Everything from all day breakfasts to superfoods salads and heart warming soups served. Always options and variety available. mix and match things from the menu not shrugged at. kids welcome. pet adored in the outside seating area. mocha cake to die for.

Pros: variety , portion size, flavours

Cons: can get very busy. call ahead of unsure.

Great lil place

Really cosy and made to feel welcome. Vegan dishes and options clearly marked and the waitress was super helpful.
Be warned tho both my partner and I ordered the chips which when they came were huge more like wedges so couldn't eat them all had to have a take out box!
Food was scrummy and definitely going to go again. Got really busy so it's a popular place!

3 & 1/2 Cows

I had the all day vegan breakfast. It was pretty standard apart from the smoked tofu. It was the type that you buy in the health food shop, sliced, and put on the side like a substitute for a sausage. Not that great, unfortunately. The taste didn't really mingle that well with other things on the plate.

It was inexpensive though. And the date tiffin i had afterwards was very good. Most of the dessert menu was vegan and a large part of the main menu can be made vegan.

The staff were friendly, but for a hot drink, I went across the road to Seven Arts for better music and atmosphere.

Where are the half cows? I give Nichols 3 & 1/2 cows.

Pros: Inexpensive, Friendly staff, Vegan desserts
