Serves meat, vegan options available. A fusion restaurant that allows the creation of several types of mix-match pasta and rice bowls with different sauces and proteins. Several fixed menu items are also listed that are primarily Thai, of which some are vegan or can be made vegan. Tofu is a part of some dishes or is a choice if you create your own bowl. Very small restaurant with around 5 or 6 tables. Reservations are accepted. Located on Roatan Island. Note Jan 2023: Indefinitely closed after opening a new concept within the Boat Bar in West End. Best vegetarian in West Bay

Excellent choices for tofu, rice and noodles with a variety of sauces and dishes

Pros: Tasty vegan options, Choices in dishes of tofu, shrimp or chicken, Good value in a small quaint location

Cons: Off the beach so may be hard to find
